Ingredients
A listener mentioned this marinade for steak in a call to Lynne on our August 29, 1998 show. We don’t have an exact recipe but here are the ingredients. We suggest you experiment with the amounts given until you come up with a combination that pleases you.
3 parts tequila
1 part Worcestershire sauce
Splash of tabasco sauce, or to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
Combine ingredients and use to marinate steak.
