4 cups Overnight Braised Beans and their liquid
2 generous tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup Hot-Sweet-Tart Onion Rings, drained and coarsely chopped
Combine everything but the onion rings in a 4-quart saucepan. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Taste for seasonings and adjust them to taste. Ladle into bowls. Top with the chopped onion.
