  • 2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallion greens

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
