Pastry chef Paola Velez comes through with her 'deceptively simple' panna cotta recipe. Paola is the host of FOOD & WINE’s Pastries with Paola video series and was also named a FOOD & WINE Best New Chef 2021. Then, Aran Goyoaga explains how to make her Orange Flower Water and Almond Crinkle cookie recipe, as well as an interesting technique for making them taste even better days later. Her new book is Cannelle et Vanille Bakes Simple, A New Way to Bake Gluten Free. Later, Dave Beran, Chef-Owner of Pasjoli in Santa Monica, talks about his journey in recreating the one dessert he couldn't stop thinking about.
