Special menus, just for you

Thank you for being part of The Splendid Table Co-op! We’re so glad you’re here.

We’ve curated two Thanksgiving menus for you, showcasing some of our best recipes from over the years. Whether you’re making a full-blown Thanksgiving meal or just want a special dinner, we’ve got you covered.

Thanksgiving Feast
The Whole Shebang

Butterflied Turkey with Cranberry-Molasses Glaze
Butterflying the bird ensures the tangy-sweet glaze doesn’t pool and that you end up with a crisp skin.

Potato and Apple-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
These makes a great side or vegetarian main and the filling can be prepared before hand to make the day-of a little easier.

Spiced Cranberry Sauce
Make these cranberries up to two days ahead of time (but try to leave some for the big day).

Golden Mashed Potatoes
The secret to these mashed potatoes is the addition of a little rutabaga, which adds some color, flavor and richness.

Classic Sage Dressing
There are a million different wants to make stuffing - why mess with classic perfection?

Goat Cheese Pumpkin Pie
Goat cheese takes this pumpkin pie (which is essentially a cheesecake in disguise) and makes it otherworldly.

Low Key Thanksgiving
A Smaller Soiree

Shaved Brussels with Apples and Hazelnut Brown Butter Dressing
This salad incorporates so many delightful holiday flavors (Brussels! Apples! Hazelnuts!) into a beautiful start for the meal.

Baked Chicken with Pan Gravy
Chicken and pan gravy provide familiar holiday flavors without the work of a giant turkey (although a small turkey would work well with this recipe).

Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Garlic
This side is a savory spin on some familiar holiday flavors.

Stuffing Muffins
Individual sized stuffing portions are great for smaller meals - plus baking in muffin cups ensures a nice bit of crusty bread in every bite.

Pumpkin Pie Panna Cotta
Rather than have a whole pie sitting around, these individual panna cottas are wonderfully sized (making them ideal if you’re having a socially distanced holiday as well).
