David Chang is the chef and owner of the Momofuku restaurants. He has received numerous awards, including three James Beard awards, and has been named one of Time's 100, GQ's Man of the Year, and one of Equire's Most Influential People of the 21st Century. He is the co-author of Momofuku and co-editor of the quarterly print journal Lucky Peach.
