The thing to eat at the Squeeze Inn is the 'skirted' cheeseburger. A 1/3-pound, hand-formed patty of good beef is grilled and topped with a mound of shredded Cheddar cheese. As the cheese melts, shreds run over the edge of the burger, hit the grill, and become chewy, crunchy bits that are then scooped back onto the burger. Those crispy bits are pure joy to nibble before you bite into the burger. The usual condiments are available along with excellent fries and milk shakes. You could order a regular hamburger here if you want, but that would be foolish.
