If you hadn't heard about it, you might not stop at this fish market housed in a dilapidated former gas station on US 17 south of Charleston. And you would miss the best thing on their menu: the 'Jesus crab,' named because the devout proprietors say it's too good to be known as deviled crab. The folks here will fry any of their fresh fish to order, and the flounder is a sure bet. You'll have to dine in your car in the parking lot because there are no tables, except for one where you can sit while your order is prepared.
