Cook to Cook: You can tease even more flavor from Crossover Spice Blend by fresh-grinding whole cumin and coriander seeds.

Keeps for 3 to 4 months in a dark, cool cupboard

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup ground coriander
  • 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Blend the spices together in a jar, and seal. Store away from heat and light.
