Aaron Cotkin, a graduate student in San Diego, challenges Lynne to make a dish from frozen Korean peanut rice balls, baby bella mushrooms, Greek yogurt, canned green beans and frozen sockeye salmon filets.
Rowland Archer from Wake Forest, North Carolina, challenges Lynne to make a dish from fresh blueberries, canned white albacore tuna, leftover cooked angel hair pasta, fresh tomatoes and rind from Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Actress, writer and Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi joins Lynne Rossetto Kasper as the stumpmaster. Steve from Omaha, Neb., has Fuji apples, raspberry-chipotle barbecue sauce, salami, pannetone bread and Kraft Singles.
Baker, fashion designer and Project Runway All Stars judge Isaac Mizrahi joins us as stumpmaster. Lynne makes a meal from Ben's ingredient list of Longjing tea, fruit (peaches and plums), preserved vegetables, fried dried fish maw and bittersweet chocolate.
Comedian and crafter Amy Sedaris, author of Simple Times: Crafts for Poor People, joins Lynne as celebrity guest stumpmaster in a special, edible crafters' edition. Brad from St. Paul has almonds, a Hershey's bar, cookie sprinkles, corn syrup and fruit snacks.
